Ian Salmon is the recipient of the ‘Highly Commended’ award in the 2015 Liverpool Hope Playwriting Prize for his play ‘The Comeback Special’. He is the writer of ‘Venus Rising’ (featured in the 2014 Page To Stage Festival), various short films and a freelance journalist with work featured on TheAnfieldWrap.com.
He is currently finalising his next play, a family drama set across two weeks in the 1980s.
